Yes, the initial consultation is completely free and without obligation for you. We first want to understand what you need and give you an honest recommendation. Costs only arise once you accept a written quote – and then at the fixed price agreed in advance.

How quickly do I get a response?

We usually get back to you within one business day of your enquiry. If it is urgent, feel free to mention that or call directly on +49 5123 9579000. We try to look after you promptly and personally.

Do I need to have texts or images before the conversation?

No. Many come into the conversation with an idea but without finished content – that is completely normal. We help you structure the right content and support you with texts and images where needed. Whatever you already have, you are welcome to bring along.

Will I be pushed into a contract after the conversation?

No. The initial consultation commits you to nothing. You receive our assessment and a quote, and then you decide at your leisure. We do not put you under pressure and only follow up if you want us to.

Can you tell me in advance what my website costs?

We often give a first orientation during the conversation: our three packages cost 390 €, 590 € and 990 € as a fixed price. Which one fits depends on scope. You receive the binding fixed-price quote in writing once we understand your project.

Do you also work with clients outside the Hildesheim region?

Yes. We are based in the Hildesheim region, but collaboration runs just as smoothly by phone, email and video. This way we also support clients who are further away. The website is hosted in Germany.

The initial consultation is free for you and commits you to nothing. At first it is simply about getting to know each other and understanding what you need. You tell us about your business, your club or your work, about your customers and about what the website should achieve – more calls, a credible business card, appointments, a menu or visibility in several towns. We ask a few targeted questions so we can assess the scope correctly. During the conversation or shortly after, you receive an honest recommendation of which of the three packages fits.

So you get a sense even before the conversation, here is a quick orientation: the START package for 390 € is the professional single-page business-card website – ideal if you want to be online quickly and credibly. The PLUS package for 590 € offers up to five pages with individual design and is the right choice if you want to show several services, a team or examples. The COMPLETE package for 990 € comprises up to ten pages including a blog as well as regional and industry pages and is intended for everyone who wants to be found beyond their own town.
