For many small businesses, a website fails not on willingness but on timing: 290 to 790 € net in one go is manageable, but it often lands exactly when another purchase is already due. The subscription solves that without shrinking the service. You pay a fixed monthly amount — with the START package even without a setup fee — and receive the same individually designed website we also build at a fixed price. The subscription in five sentences

How the website subscription works
The subscription is not a site builder and not an off-the-shelf template. You get the same website as at the fixed price: your own layout, your texts and images, contact form, legal pages, search engine basics. The difference lies purely in the billing. Instead of a one-off amount for the build and optional maintenance from 19 € per month, you pay a monthly price that already has the build factored in.
The process is identical either way: a free initial consultation, a free concept phase covering page structure and design direction, a written quote with a fixed scope usually within five working days, a draft for approval, the build, then going live. Only afterwards does what appears on your invoice differ. In the conversation we tell you openly which route is cheaper in your situation — even when that argues against the subscription.

Operated on servers in Germany, HTTPS certificate and daily backups — included in the monthly price, no second invoice.

A fixed allowance per month for texts, images, prices, opening hours and small corrections. An e-mail is enough.
Monitoring
Availability, certificate expiry and loading time are checked continuously. If something breaks, we get in touch — not your customers.

All prices are net plus VAT. The setup fee covers the design draft, implementation, content transfer and go-live and is due when the contract begins; with the START package it does not apply. The concept phase before the quote is free of charge. The offer is aimed at companies, self-employed people, clubs and public institutions, not at consumers.

The START package begins at 39 € net per month on the 24-month term — without a setup fee. PLUS costs 119 € plus 90 € setup, COMPLETE 219 € net per month plus 190 € setup. Online shop on a subscription
The online shop package is also available monthly. The shop is built with the Shopware Community Edition, including payment methods, shipping rules and legal texts. The subscription adds ongoing product maintenance and updates to the legal texts — the two areas where shops without support go out of date fastest.

Subscription or fixed price — which suits you?
Both routes are complete offerings, and we earn from both. The decision comes down to two questions: do you want to own the website? And do you want to tie up money at the start or pay monthly instead? Everything else is arithmetic, and we set it out openly below.

A worked example over 24 months
The most honest comparison puts both routes over the same period with the same scope. We take the PLUS package because it is chosen most often, and we include the Plus maintenance level at 99 € per month on the fixed-price side — without it the comparison would be lopsided, because hosting and maintenance are already part of the subscription.

What the subscription does not cover
A subscription that supposedly covers everything is either priced expensively or it is not true. So here is what costs extra, stated plainly:
- A complete rebuild of the website within the term, for example after a change of name or logo
- Additional subpages beyond the package scope — 99 € net per page, the same as with the fixed price
- Domain costs, unless the domain is already held with us
- Texts and images we create or license for you — available at a fixed price on request
- Extensions with their own licence costs, such as a booking or point-of-sale system
- Changes beyond the monthly allowance — we always ask first, an invoice never appears unannounced

Contract, cancellation and ownership
The subscription is a contract for providing and operating a website, not a purchase in instalments. Ownership of the website stays with us during the term — that is why the monthly amount is so low. After the minimum term of 12 or 24 months the contract continues indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the month. There is no automatic extension by another year.
If you cancel, you take with you: your domain, your content in text and images, and your enquiry data as an export. What you cannot take is the technical implementation itself. If you want to keep the website, we will quote for it — the amount is individual because it depends on the age and scope of the site. Anyone who wants ownership from the outset should choose the fixed price from 290 € net; that is expressly the cheaper route there.
