Do I get an invoice and do I have to pay in advance?

You will of course receive a proper invoice with stated VAT that you can use in your bookkeeping as usual. Legally, Webstart is operated by the company XICTRON based in Söhlde near Hildesheim, so you have a clearly tangible contractual partner.
We discuss the exact payment terms individually and fairly. A manageable deposit at the start and the remainder after your approval, meaning once the website is finished and you are happy with it, is common. Everything is agreed clearly in advance so there are no surprises. We are happy to clarify any questions about the process beforehand via the contact form.
